...But the game is rigged.

The real enemy isn’t you. It’s not lack of willpower or bad time management.

Workplace norms and mainstream productivity advice don’t support everyone to thrive.

Here’s just one example: did you know that the standard working day perfectly caters to the male hormonal cycle in which energy peaks at 9am and drops off after 5pm? That’s no coincidence.

When we find ourselves trying to be productive — to bring things forth, to birth visions — in compliance with a culture that wasn't designed to help us achieve our dreams, we can inadvertently spend all of our best energy serving others and their goals, ending up with nothing but crumbs for ourselves.

Who am I?

As a Strategy Coach (a discipline I invented at the intersection of Brand Strategy and Life Coaching) I help people to be more prolific, productive and present in their life and business.

I do this by developing and teaching unconventional strategies and tools that break cyclical beings free from toxic, unsustainable and disempowering narratives about work and business to create unstoppable success without burnout or compromise. 

After experiencing a devastating burnout in 2018 whilst doing what I loved, I realised I’d have to take a much more proactive approach to protect and replenish my most precious resource: my own energy. 

Align & Flow is the product of many years of personal de-conditioning from toxic productivity, my deep dedication to the study of our body’s infinite wisdom, and my transformative work on cyclical energy management with 1:1 coaching clients.

Following the principles in Align + Flow hasn’t just made me more fulfilled and productive at work, it’s actually returned me to myself. Now in my 30s, I feel I have regained connection to that lifeforce spark of energy and passion I had at 8 or 9 — with similar levels of imagination, fearlessness, cheekiness, hopefulness.

Do I need to be self-employed or a business owner to join? 

No! The content in Align and Flow is designed to help you develop your own intuitive sense of natural right-timing, create a cyclical productivity system, and set boundaries for your time and energy, no matter what your goals. There will be a dedicated ‘9-5 Flow’ session for those who want to learn tools to gain more power, energy and agency over your productivity despite a rigid work schedule. So whether you are self-employed with lots of agency over your time, or work full-time for somebody else, Align + Flow offers you realistic, simple tools to start taking charge of what you can, where you can.

Is this class just for women? 

As humans, we are all cyclical beings. Align and Flow is open to anyone interested in learning to understand and trust their body and work in a more cyclic nature. If you menstruate, I will be teaching about the infradian rhythm, and how this might influence your cyclic energy. If you don’t menstruate, I will also be teaching about the ultradian and circadian rhythms as well as natural seasons and cycles which can affect our experience of energy and motivation. 

Is Align + Flow an online course or a live class?

It’s both! We all learn and integrate differently, which is why Align + Flow has three teaching components:

  1. Live, online classes to open and close the 29-day experience plus 4 themed classes with Imogen Roy.

  2. Self-paced online course (20+ video and audio lessons with transcripts) for you to digest in your own time.

  3. Social learning through the online community with other students for the duration of the 29-day journey.

What if I can’t attend any of the live calls?

All live calls will be recorded. So you can watch the replay of the classes at any time that’s convenient for you. Your own right-timing is sovereign and Align + Flow is a shame-free experience. As such, there is no such thing as “falling behind”. 

What software and equipment do I need?

This class is taught 100% online via ZOOM, the free video conferencing software.  You can join from a laptop, tablet or mobile device. To join the live calls, I recommend an internet speed of at least 1.5 Mbps to stream video. Dial-up or satellite internet may slow down your access.
